Delivery

Our delivery service are:

  • 1-3 Working days (Mon - Fri)  £5

  • Next day delivery if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Thurs) £8.50

  • Saturday delivery before 1pm  (if ordered before 2pm Friday) £10

 

Please note, all next day delivery options will need to be signed for!

Refunds Policy

We accept refunds under these circumstances:
​

  • The product is still fully sealed and in original packaging

  • The latex film protector hasn't been removed

  • The product has not been used or worn

  • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival

  • The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Returns Policy

THE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE - WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS LATER THAN THIS

  • Shipping costs

  • Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed

  • Personalised gloves, unless there is a genuine fault

  • Products returned after 30 days since purchase date

  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that both can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary depending on usage, age, technique, playing surface and much more 

  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them in line with our glove care instructions

Exchanges

If you require an exchange, please purchase the required glove, and resend the original gloves back for a refund, provided they are in the original condition, still have the protective film on the latex palm and come in the undamaged, original packaging.
